The Role

We're seeking a customer-obsessed, results-driven Director of Total Reward to join our team. As a core member of the People and leadership group, you will be responsible for crafting the vision and strategy for Total Reward, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for reward, recognition, and benefits strategies to ensure best practices and alignment with Dojo's strategic objectives.
  • Guide critical decisions by supplying the C-Suite with crucial data and insights necessary to make informed judgments.
  • Maintain Dojo's competitive edge by bringing up-to-date industry knowledge and market trends.
  • Review and iterate on Dojo's reward program to ensure consistency and fairness.
  • Educate employees on reward programs to promote engagement.
  • Engage stakeholders to translate program concepts into implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
