Strategic Sales Development Manager

Are you an ambitious sales professional with a passion for developing strong relationships and driving business growth? We are seeking a Strategic Sales Development Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to launching and developing a new business. As a key member of our organization's leadership team, you will help implement our overall strategy and direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong top-level relationships with potential future strategic customers
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations, product, and tech leaders to manage the program and build a product that fits the customer's needs
- Measuring performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, and leading the team to address them
- Developing new customers for Amazon, growing the volume of shipping packages, and ensuring a good conversion rate while prioritizing profitability
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership. A Bachelor's degree and experience in business development, sales, and account management are required.
We offer a competitive salary range of €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as professional development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.
This role will be based in Madrid (4 Towers district) with moderate travel within Spain (max. 15-20%). We are open to hiring candidates who can work from one of our locations: Getafe, M, ESP; Madrid, ESP; or Madrid, M, ESP.
