Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and entrepreneurial individual to join our Business Development team in Spain. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain, detecting opportunities, negotiating with external companies, and closing sales.

You will also collect market segment and customer insights to improve the product and delight Amazon customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong pipeline of large companies in Spain
  • Detect opportunities and negotiate with external companies
  • Closing sales and collecting market segment and customer insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in business development, sales, and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and deliver results
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in setting and achieving goals
  • Professional in Spanish and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience in the B2C logistics industry
  • Expert use of MS Office Suite, CRM, sales and marketing automation tools, eLearning tools
  • Experience in working with databases (SQL, Amazon Redshift)
