Job Title: Finance Business Partner - Global IT Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our Global IT team at Galderma. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by providing strategic financial guidance and support to our IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support IT investment decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular financial reporting and analysis to IT leadership and stakeholders, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  3. IT Cost Management: Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal return on investment.
  4. Business Partnership: Foster strong relationships with IT teams, business stakeholders, and other functional partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in IT financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
