Customer Care Consultant

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a dynamic and international environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Assist clients with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Adapt the company's voice and tone to ensure consistent brand representation across all interactions.
  • Provide product information to customers, including subscription, payment, and technical requirements.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by responding in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Dutch native (or Flemish) and English fluent.
  • Committed and dedicated team player with strong listening skills.
  • Service-minded individual with the ability to handle conflicts in a constructive manner.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow.
What We Offer:
  • Type of contract: Indefinido.
  • Gross salary: 1600€ per month.
  • Working hours: 39h/week, Monday to Friday 09:00 - 20:00, Saturday 09:00 - 18:00.
  • Training: 2 - 4 weeks and working with a buddy system.
  • Hybrid system, with a few days at the office.
  • Spanish lessons.
  • Constant, on-the-job training.
  • International environment.
  • Support from the company regarding paperwork (NIE and SSN).
