Job Overview:

The Administrative Finance Coordinator will collaborate with the Commercial Team, People Team, and Finance Team to assist in various tasks. This role will provide opportunities to learn from experienced professionals and develop valuable skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist commercial cash collection strategy
  • Contact clients via email to chase outstanding invoices
  • Main contact person for invoices derived to the legal team, monitoring open case files and pertaining payments
  • Responsible for invoice management
  • Verify, modify, and send commercial team invoices
  • Post incoming payments in corresponding invoice systems
  • Manage invoicing mailbox
  • Main contact person for incoming queries regarding invoices
  • Fill out client vendor forms

Office Management:

  • Manage and organize office supplies
  • Evaluate and maintain the office environment to ensure it is conducive to work and teams have what they need

Support the People Team with administrative tasks related to onboarding, social benefits, and flexible compensation plans. Update employee data in the HR Management System.

Assist the Finance Manager in completing payment and control of expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field
  • 6-month internship commitment, ideally full-time (39 hours per week)
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Engaging, problem-solving skills, able to prioritize and work independently
  • Barcelona-based or willing to relocate
  • Excited about working for a startup

Estimated Salary: €1,500 - €2,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
