**Job Summary:**
We're seeking an Administrative Transportation Coordinator to join our team in Santa Perpetua de la Mogoda (Barcelona). As a key member of our transportation department, you'll be responsible for managing fleet operations, performing tasks such as load planning, route optimization and communication with teams.

- Atención telefónica a los transportistas (Transporter Phone Support)
- Atención de correspondencia mail con clientes y organización interna (Client and Internal Correspondence Mail Handling)
**Requirements:**
- Formación Grado Superior en rama Administrativa o Logística/Transporte (Higher Education Degree in Administration or Logistics/Transportation)
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia como Administrativo de Transporte/Logística (At least 3 years of experience as a Transportation/Administrative Professional)
- Carnet de conducir y vehículo propio (Valid Driver's License and Own Vehicle)
- Idiomas: Español y Catalán (Avanzado) e Inglés (Medio) (Languages: Advanced Spanish and Catalan, Intermediate English)
- Conocimientos software: Nível medio-alto en Paquete Office (Intermediate-Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office)
