About the Opportunity

Puig Deutschland, a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, is seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Manager to lead the Sales and Operations Planning process for one of our cosmetic brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global sales forecast to ensure accurate demand planning and optimized inventory levels.
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with cross-functional teams to discuss service level, forecast accuracy, and sales forecast vs budget.
  • Collaborate with Local Demand Planning teams to challenge and refine the global forecast, ensuring consistency with business figures.
  • Provide inputs to the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process to drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain management, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree in Supply Chain management a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP, JDA, or APO planning tools.
