**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Manager to lead our Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate forecasts, optimized inventory levels, and optimal costs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a new cosmetic brand
* Coordinate launches and promotional items global forecasting
* Detect main deviations in sales forecast vs budget and highlight risk and opportunities
* Provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning Process
* Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning
* Generate forecast for Rest of the World according to best base forecast and add marketing intelligence
* Challenge global forecast by detecting big deviations vs last month or vs budget
* Ensure communication and feedback with Local Demand Planning Community

**Requirements:**

* At least 5 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas
* Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued
* Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar
* Master in Supply Chain is a plus
* Fluent English and Spanish are required
* High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication
* High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software
* SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory
