Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Coty. As a key member of our Demand Planning department, you will be responsible for managing the overall forecast for our portfolio, ensuring all data inputs are correctly captured, and maintaining the health of our forecast metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data drivers are flowing to the models correctly to build the forecast.
  • Follow up with relevant owners where there are gaps.
  • Run segmentation analysis for the portfolio.
  • Monitor Forecasting Performance and review with Data Scientist to improve models for better performance.
  • Collaborate on the Initiative Management process to build best knowledge into the forecast.
  • Monitor incremental volumes request status to ensure timely closure and correct flow to forecast.
  • Manage Weekly Demand Control process.
  • Attend the weekly Business Unit Hub Connect to review demand changes, performance, and new information.

  • Hub Category Supply Planning
  • Data Scientists
  • Occasionally Business Unit Commercial Teams to validate promotion or initiative data.

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of demand planning processes.
