About the Role

Puig Deutschland GmbH is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a portfolio of well-known luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. We are seeking a highly skilled Global Demand Planning Manager to lead and develop our Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Planning process for a cosmetic brand, ensuring accurate and timely forecasting of total demand for all products.
  • Coordinate launches and promotional items global forecasting, and lead regular goods sales forecasting.
  • Detect main deviations in sales forecast vs budget and highlight risk and opportunities.
  • Provide inputs for the Strategic Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Lead the Global Sales and Operations Meeting with Global Brands, Global Finance, and Global Supply Planning, providing data on service level, forecast accuracy, sales forecast vs budget, and stock management data.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as Demand Planner or minimum 5 years of experience in other Supply Chain areas.
  • Experience in the cosmetic industry is highly valued.
  • Graduate in Engineering, Administration, or similar, Master in Supply Chain is a plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish are required.
  • High analytical profile, holistic vision, team management, and communication skills.
  • High skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office software.
  • SAP, JDA, APO, or similar planning tool is mandatory.
