Sales Operations Specialist

NPAW, the leading video intelligence company, is seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our global team. As a pioneer in the industry, we help online streaming services grow through scalable analytics solutions.
About the Role
- Manage the sales pipeline in our CRM tool, ensuring accurate data and opportunity tracking.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless sales processes and aligned CRM data.
- Generate weekly sales reports for management, highlighting pipeline progress and key updates.
- Support the preparation of sales proposals, aligning with customer needs and internal requirements.
- Develop high-quality sales materials, including presentations and value proposition explanations.
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for contract preparation and smooth sales processes.
- Support the development of sales strategies and drive the implementation of sales operations initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales process, ensuring high standards of organization and quality control.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality materials, including presentations and written content.
- Experience managing or supporting sales processes, including proposal preparation and sales reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Sales teams.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to grow within the sales organization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
