Job Title: Resort Representative

As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide personalized recommendations and resolve any customer queries or issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create memorable experiences for our customers by suggesting local attractions and activities that match their interests
  • Take ownership of customer queries and problems, using our digital systems to log and resolve issues promptly
  • Maximize branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts
  • Represent Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support the Airport Team on busy flight days, working in arrivals and departures

Requirements:
  • Full right to work documents for the country where this role is based
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts, late finishes, and split shifts
  • Confidence in using digital tablets and ability to handle customer-facing situations
  • Access to a vehicle for work purposes, with travel expenses reimbursed
