About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Resort Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing our customers' holiday experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for our customers.
  • Take ownership of customer queries and problems, using our in-house digital systems to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maximise branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts, promoting our brand and services to customers.
  • Represent Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Support the Airport Team on busy flight days, working in arrivals and departures to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Full right to work documents for the country where this role is based
  • Living in the destination or willing to source your own accommodation
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including early starts, late finishes, split shifts, and working weekends
  • Confidence in using digital tablets on a daily basis
  • Access to your own vehicle for work purposes, with travel expenses reimbursed
