Job ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Community Manager to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will assist in the formulation and execution of the marketing strategy and plan implementation. The Community Manager will ensure that all marketing initiatives reflect the SLS brand's essence by creating an environment where marketing efforts are meticulously designed to align with the brand's identity, values, and goals.
Design and execute paid media campaigns across diverse digital platforms to promote the hotel's offerings and enhance conversions. Collaborate on integrated campaigns that merge social media, influencer collaborations, and paid media strategies. Analyze and refine paid media campaigns to optimize ROI and achieve target KPIs, including click-through and conversion rates. Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms, encompassing social media, influencers, paid media, and e-commerce. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in digital marketing, e-commerce, and influencer marketing to maintain a competitive edge in the hospitality sector. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each component of the digital marketing strategy, such as social media engagement, influencer outreach, e-commerce conversion rates, and PR campaign effectiveness. Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers whose values and audiences align with the hotel's brand image. Partner with influencers on PR initiatives that generate positive media coverage and brand visibility across digital channels. Coordinate influencer participation in events, collaborations, and press opportunities to enhance brand awareness alongside the Lead Brand Ambassador. Monitor influencer partnerships to ensure alignment with the hotel's messaging and objectives. Utilize influencer-generated content for public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling. Integrate influencer collaborations into broader PR campaigns to amplify messaging and broaden audience reach. Assess the impact of influencer partnerships on PR initiatives through metrics such as reach, engagement, and sentiment analysis. Collaborate to align influencer strategies with overarching communication goals and key messages. Continuously review and refine the influencer PR strategy based on performance metrics and industry trends to enhance results and foster brand growth. QualificationsDesired Qualifications:
Degree focused on comprehensive marketing management. Over three years of experience in a hospitality or luxury marketing environment. Proven ability to work collaboratively with a high level of energy and motivation, demonstrating a commitment to the company's values. Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting with keen attention to detail. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Ability to foster positive relationships with team members, guests, and colleagues. Strong leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and manage others effectively. Excellent relationship-building skills, confident in collaborating with various teams and leaders. Proactive in addressing significant issues, problem-solving, and making informed decisions. Quick learner, adaptable to SLS's distinctive culture. Open-minded and receptive to new ideas, prioritizing teamwork and collaboration. Willingness to embrace innovative approaches and explore new possibilities.
