**Job Summary:**

We're seeking an experienced Retail Execution & eB2B Technology Manager to join our team in Europe. This role will play a pivotal part in driving digital transformation across the region, optimizing Retail Execution & eB2B commerce technology to boost revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiencies.

**About You:**

This role requires a strong technical leader with extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods, preferably in commercial technology solution delivery. Your expertise should include prioritization, timeline estimations, and transforming large, complex organizations. Additionally, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.

**Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall capabilities and roadmap for Sales Execution solutions, focusing on SFA, dynamic route planning, shelf image recognition, and operational sales analytics.
  • Lead standardization and reuse of core technology capabilities across the region to ensure harmonization and true reusability.
  • Develop and maintain digital Sales Execution & eB2B capability maps and roadmaps for the region.
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic Sales Execution & eB2B initiatives across MEU BU's and markets.

**What We Offer:**

This exciting role comes with a competitive estimated salary of **€120,000-€150,000 per year**, depending on your experience and qualifications. As a key member of our team, you'll have opportunities to work with business leadership, multifunctional teams, and contribute to driving innovation within the organization.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Extensive experience in fast-moving consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong technical leadership skills in delivering Retail Execution and/or eB2B technology solutions at scale.
  • Commercial technology solution delivery experience, including prioritization and timeline estimations.
  • Transformation experience within large, complex, and multi-national organizations.
