Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary ranging from €24,000 to €29,000, complemented by a bonus structure. We also offer health insurance and a flexible working model that accommodates fully remote, fully onsite, or hybrid arrangements.

Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive - Real Estate Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of clients, primarily real estate agencies and brokerages. You'll be responsible for organizing workshops, training sessions, and webinars to educate clients on new product features, onboard new team members, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Spanish
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and one additional language (Portuguese, Italian, German, or French)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B, SaaS, and real estate
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Deep understanding of workflows and dynamics in transactions between brokerages/agencies
  • Understanding/experience with technology for real estate professionals
  • Service-oriented mindset, self-discipline, and organization
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a growth mindset
