At Doctoralia España, we are seeking an exceptional Sales Team Manager to join our team. This role is a vital leadership position that entails managing a robust sales force and driving sales growth within the clinics healthcare market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams and delivering high-quality results. They will be responsible for developing and executing a unified sales strategy, managing the sales cycle, and fostering a high-performance culture.

The Sales Team Manager will lead by example, leveraging their experience in SaaS sales to recruit top talent, maintain accurate CRM practices, and drive sales performance. They will also be responsible for establishing and executing a unified GTM approach to the clinical sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the sales team to ensure they are motivated, engaged, and aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent.
  • Implementing structured coaching programs and training initiatives to develop sales skills and methodologies.
  • Monitoring team activity levels to ensure a healthy pipeline and steady flow of sales opportunities.
  • Overseeing day-to-day sales operations and participating in a culture of success and achievement.
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes and CRM management.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and communicating sales KPIs to the broader organization.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in sales leadership, a proven track record of successfully scaling sales teams, and strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. They will be a doer who is hands-on and in the details, a builder with strategic thinking, and a leader with inspirational leadership qualities.
