Sales Biotechnology Specialist at Werfen is a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and solutions while maintaining technical expertise.



Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Position


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field, with experience in Clinical Areas such as Pathology, Hematology, and Genetics. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Oncology, Cytogenetics, and Oncological Markers is highly valued.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets through effective promotion and communication of our products and solutions
  • Provide application support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, building trust and confidence through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer engagement initiatives


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Experience in Clinical Areas such as Pathology, Hematology, and Genetics
  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Travel Requirements:

This role requires travel within designated areas (Catalunya, Baleares, Valencia, Murcia) approximately 30-40% of the time.
