About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to empower our AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs.

This high-visibility role will encompass developing enabling assets, guidance, programs, and processes for account teams while owning the execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities, optimizing and accelerating new hire sales readiness/effectiveness, advocating for the Field with cross-functional teams, and working to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.
  2. Combine a passion for problem-solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
  3. Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, in order to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.

What You'll Need

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent
