Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Lead to join our Sales Strategy and Operations Team at Endeavor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and refining sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and refine sales strategies
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize sales performance and revenue growth
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports for management and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity across the sales organization
- Support the development and implementation of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the organization
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, sales strategy, sales operations, or related roles
