Cloud Services Sales Strategy Lead

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Customer Acquisition Manager or Demand Generation Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer adoption across EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to execute on sales plans and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies to drive new business opportunities
- Partner with internal stakeholders to set and deploy sales initiatives that maximize end-customer value
- Mentor and develop young sales professionals, monitor team performance, and create scaling mechanisms
- Built trust with internal and external stakeholders and deliver the DG organization vision and strategy
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment
- Experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
- Proven track record in effectively collaborating with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce.com preferred)
- Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (Iaas, SaaS, PaaS)
- Proficient in French and English
- Competitive salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on experience
