Cloud Marketing Strategy Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Marketing Strategy Lead to join our team in driving global campaigns and delivering high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. This pivotal role plays a crucial part in shaping our digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimal inbox placement and deliverability, and enhancing engagement through expertly crafted marketing journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions
- Assist in the maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS
- Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes
- Configure data import and work with customers and platform data (SQL, views, Send Log)
- Create dynamic, personalized marketing assets using various scripting languages (e.g., HTML, Server-Side Javascript, AMP-script)
- Build Marketing Cloud web experiences, data forms, custom preferences, and subscription pages
- Work through and resolve scenarios using REST and SOAP API
- Perform Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration activities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance
- Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and foster continuous improvement of code quality
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required
- Significant experience in marketing technology with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience with and certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud features, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Web Studio, and Audience Builder
- Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs
- Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
- Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including Scrum and continuous integration environments

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
