About Us: Our client is a leading spirits company that is expanding its business globally.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial operations in Europe and Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive business plan to launch new products in these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the budget for the designated area.
  • Develop and maintain existing business relationships with key distributors.
  • Define distribution strategy and ideal route-to-market, analyzing competitors and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Measure the ROI for marketing activities.
  • Lead client negotiations.
  • Supervise the relationship with marketing and design agencies, aligning them with the brand plan and jointly defining communication plans and strategies.
  • Report to the board and define KPIs.

Requirements:

  • University Degree and ideally MBA or similar.
  • +10 years experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade.
  • Experience managing brands and marketing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
  • Crossover mindset.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, team player.
  • Communication and ability to influence others.
  • English proficient.
  • Available to travel.
  • Sales and Marketing experience in MASS COMMODITIES.
