Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our commercial business plan and drive sales growth in the European and Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement commercial business plans to launch new products globally.
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing strategies for the European and Asian markets.
- Define distribution strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Measure the ROI for marketing activities.
- Lead client negotiations and supervise relationships with marketing and design agencies.
- Report to the board and define KPIs.
Requirements:
- University Degree and MBA or similar.
- +10 years experience in a similar role within the industry.
- International experience and knowledge of key distributors in Modern Trade and On Trade.
- Experience managing brands and marketing teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and initiative.
- Crossover mindset.
- Proactive, results-oriented, team player.
- Communication and ability to influence others.
- English proficient.
- Available to travel.
