Job Title: Head of Marketing and Sales Grid Automation Europe
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Marketing and Sales Grid Automation Europe to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on grid automation
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
