Our mission is to create the easiest and most affordable way to go solar, and we're looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, and passionate Head of Pre-Sales Europe to join our team in Madrid.

Your Role

We seek a seasoned sales leader to drive our pre-sales process by leading the Pre-Sales team for Otovo's 13 markets. As a key member of our pan-European Sales leadership team, you'll help shape and deliver our overall Sales strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team, setting objectives, providing guidance and support, and ensuring the team operates effectively to achieve targets.
  • Develop pre-sales tactics and processes in alignment with our overall sales and business objectives.
  • Establish, train, and coach our Pre-Sales Team based in Madrid.
  • Monitor and analyze pre-sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, contact speed, pipeline coverage, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Lead Qualifiers to engage with prospective customers during the pre-sales process.
  • Work closely with local Sales & Marketing teams across Europe and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and design customized solutions or proposals that meet those requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading Sales Teams, preferably pre-sales or technical sales representatives.
