Job Title: Head of Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our global operations.

About the Role:

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will work closely with our operations team to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Improving and developing sales materials and processes
  • Identifying new business opportunities and designing strategies to expand within existing accounts
  • Providing qualified leads with inspiration and information to consider Empresa Reconocida as their preferred production partner
  • Developing business for key regions and accounts, maintaining a contacts list of relevant clients, and updating our CRM system in a timely and accurate manner
  • Acting as a strategic partner throughout the sales process, understanding clients' brand and business needs, and developing an ongoing roadmap for continued success
About You:

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled sales leader who has a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion. You will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A C2 English level
  • Understanding of the objectives and roadmap of the company
  • Ability to lead the creation of proposals for complex deals and projects
  • Experience in managing the start of important relationships
  • Understanding of the objectives of global brands and media organizations, and the ability to convince clients that our capabilities help them hit their KPIs
  • Strong presentation skills to showcase our cases, capabilities, and culture to potential partners
  • A passion for the content and innovation markets and adeptness at following trends and discussing their impact on companies and products
