Head of Sales Opportunity at RTB House

RTB House is a pioneering company in the ad tech space, leveraging Deep Learning AI to optimize digital advertising campaigns. We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our sales efforts in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a client-direct sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring effective sales processes and pipelines
  • Identify and acquire key prospects, building strong relationships with clients
  • Recruit and lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Represent RTB House at conferences and speaking engagements, promoting the brand and its offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to increase awareness of RTB House in the Spanish market
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong network within the Spanish Media Industry, with a focus on retail, travel, and classifieds verticals
  • Comprehensive knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and RTB models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build value-driven proposals
  • Goal-oriented approach, with experience in managing sales processes and pipelines
