Job Title: Head of Sales Iberia

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Sales Iberia to lead our sales team in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the sales team in Spain and Portugal to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue in a sales leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Portuguese an advantage.
