Strategic Sales Leader for Grid Automation in Europe

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Hitachi Energy team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts for Grid Automation solutions in Europe. Your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the electrical and automation industries.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
