Job Summary

As a Director of Sales and Marketing for Hilton Worldwide, Inc., you will be responsible for leading the hotel's sales and marketing efforts to drive revenue growth and increase market share. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the hotel remains competitive
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
