**About the Role**

At Empresa Reconocida, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals
  • Manage sales activities, including direct sales, sales administration, public relations, and management of the sales team
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to prepare the annual departmental operating budget, marketing plan, business plan, and financial plans
  • Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and enhance the guest experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and/or convention business

**Requirements**

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends and sales data
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
