Job Summary

Skydance is a dynamic and innovative company that offers a unique opportunity for a Junior Support Technician to join its team. As a key member of the IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing tickets/incidences and customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows 10 and Rocky Linux systems, including users, permissions, policies, local storage, and app installations.
• Perform server, computer system, and network maintenance and support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software equipment.
• Solve customer queries, tickets, and requests, and develop administrative tasks.
• Configure mobile devices and perform scripting in languages like PowerShell, Python, and VB Script to improve and maintain the environment.
• Test internal developments and monitor hardware and software inventory.
• Ensure quality standards for the support service are met and assist team members as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in IT departments.
• Experience with logging tools and ticketing management.
• Knowledge of local area networks, wireless networks, network electronics, and IT security.
• Experience with OS: LINUX (Rocky, CentOS, Ubuntu), OS X, Windows, and Windows Server.
• Medium English level required; Spanish desirable.
