Senior Sales Professional for License Compliance

**Company Overview:**

**Salary:** $60,000 - $100,000 per year (base salary) + commissions, discretionary bonuses, and stock options. The total compensation package can range from $80,000 to over $150,000 annually.
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our License Compliance team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques. Your primary focus will be on profiling and detecting non-compliant companies, presenting to C-Level executives, and building internal and external relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead License Compliance engagements using telemetry reporting, audits, or consultancy services
* Use data sets to educate companies on non-compliant behaviors and present difficult messaging to C-Level executives
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth transitions for companies from non-compliance to compliance
* Develop quarterly and annual sales plans to exceed revenue targets
* Achieve or overachieve weekly and monthly sales targets to increase net new revenue
* Manage forecast, pipeline, and activity metrics to ensure alignment with revenue goals
**Requirements:**
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry
* Experience communicating and negotiating at executive levels
* Willingness to integrate into teams and work towards personal and team goals
* Native Spanish and Business English proficiency
