Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive, responsible for generating new business and logos by convincing prospects to sign a subscription agreement with us. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Management team to ensure a successful handover to customers who outsource as many of their audits to us as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Run outreach campaigns using a combination of phone, email, and social touches.
- Manage a 360-degree sales cycle, targeting defined goals.
- Work closely with the SDR of the respective market to build pipeline and close opportunities.
- Achieve targets by signing new logos.
- Create and maintain a clean CRM, inserting all deals for accurate forecasting by the management team.
- Build strong relationships with prospects to ensure successful closing, onboarding, and handover to the Account Management team.
Collaboration and Expertise
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the market-specific Account Management, SDR, supplier sales team, quality, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. A deep understanding of the auditing industry and Qualifyze's offerings is essential.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an account executive, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
