Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Kempinski Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving hotel targets by optimizing revenues through an assigned account base, as well as prospecting new clients in assigned markets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for key account management on an assigned account base or geographic area, ensuring revenue maximization and achievement of personal targets.
  • Responsible for prospecting new accounts and conducting site inspections.
  • Responsible for all segments of assigned geographical markets, including European markets.
  • Adhere to the Corporate SOP's and follow up of tentative bookings in the assigned markets.
  • Detailed knowledge of competitor set and all services provided by the Hotel.

Requirements

  • Nationality within the European Union (EU) or Residence and Work Permit in Spain.
  • University graduate, Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education.
  • Two (2) years experience in a Sales position, preferably in a 4/5* hotel.
  • Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment: Spanish – excellent oral and written skills, English – excellent oral and written skills, Additional language – beneficial.
