We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Director to join our team at TGM Research. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing strategic relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional market research solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead sales strategic initiatives to identify and pursue new market opportunities, ensuring sustained revenue growth.
- Coordinate the implementation and execution of company strategy across the entire client service region.
- Provide leadership in business development efforts by participating in high-level pitches, negotiations, and client meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, providing strategic guidance to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Set overall sampling strategies and participate in quality standards for fieldwork operations.
- Oversee project portfolio management, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
- 5-10 years of experience in both account management and/or project management within the market research, consulting, or online panel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and another European language (preferably Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Greek).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
