.JUNIOR DE'LONGHI CEE COFFEE CATEGORY MANAGER Job Responsibilities The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. Our brands: De'Longhi, KENWOOD, BRAUN, Nutribullet.We are looking for a JUNIOR DE'LONGHI CEE COFFEE CATEGORY MANAGER to help in the creation and execution of a coherent coffee category strategy in all CEE region countries (POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, UKRAINE, MOLDOVA). The person will actively participate in various stages of introducing new products or services to the market. The duties include ongoing supervision over the forecasting process, analyzing and drawing conclusions from market research, and active participation in the creation and execution of product, distribution, and price policy. The JUNIOR CATEGORY MANAGER will work closely with other departments (Communication Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Headquarters, Financial controlling, etc.). The role reports to a DE'LONGHI CATEGORY DIRECTOR CENTRAL EAST EUROPE.Key Responsibilities:Product responsibility:Takes part in preparing recommendations for the product portfolioPrepares launches of products and the expansion of the brand into new categoriesProposes and carries out appropriate market researchConstant portfolio supervision and optimizationDistribution / Price responsibility:Participates in the preparation of distribution plan recommendations and works together with the local sales teams on its executionAssists in creating pricing policies for assigned product categoriesPermanent tracking of the key variables of the business:Gfk panel dataSales analysisMonitoring competitive environment and consumer trendsProvides outstanding service to the Sales Team and to our Customers, ensuring our strategies reach our consumersActively participates in and prepares internal meetings, sales meetings, and brand reviewsJob Profile Key Requirements from the candidate:At least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing/business/economicsFluent in English, comfortable working in an international environmentPassion for consumer and digital marketing understandingAnalytical and data-driven approach to actionsStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsProactive, KPI driven, results-oriented, well organized and punctualAble to adjust to a fast-changing business environmentWhat we offer:Permanent, full-time contractMarket competitive salary plus achievement-based bonusMedical care, Meal allowanceFlexible home vs
