About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store & BTL Communication Specialist to join our team at De'Longhi Appliances. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing in-store and BTL communication strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement In-Store Communication Plans: Create and execute in-store communication plans to enhance the shopping experience and increase brand visibility.
  2. Manage BTL Communication Activities: Plan and execute BTL communication activities, including events, promotions, and product launches, to drive brand awareness and sales.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and category management teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of in-store and BTL communication strategies.
  4. Manage In-Store Communication Budget: Develop and manage the in-store communication budget to ensure effective use of resources and maximize return on investment.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track and analyze the performance of in-store and BTL communication activities to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience in In-Store and BTL Communication: A minimum of 3 years of experience in in-store and BTL communication, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong Communication and Project Management Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles and strategies, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and resources effectively.
