Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Valladolid, Spain. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store profit and loss targets by implementing effective sales strategies and managing inventory levels.
- Motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
- Control costs and optimize store operations, including stock management, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and team performance, providing regular updates to the District Manager.
- Analyze commercial data to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Assist with team training and development, sharing product knowledge and best practices.
- Recruit and induct high-caliber team members who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales growth and controlling costs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze commercial data and implement effective action plans.
- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures, with experience in managing store operations, stock, and administrative duties.
