Job Title: In-Store & BTL Communication Manager

The De'Longhi Group is a leading player in small domestic appliances, with a presence in over 120 markets and a global community of 9,000 employees. We are seeking an In-Store & BTL Communication Manager to support the growth of our leading brands in Ukraine and Moldova.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute in-store communication plans to enhance the presence of De'Longhi Group brands
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to design and execute BTL and in-store communication initiatives
  • Work closely with Category Trade Marketing, Sales, and Headquarters Communication Team to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Manage in-store communication budget and recommend spending priorities
  • Create and maintain inventory of projects, materials, and furniture in stores and warehouses
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in in-store communication and BTL marketing
  • Strong understanding of brand management and customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
