In-Store Communication Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled In-Store & BTL Communication Manager to support the growth of our leading small domestic appliances brands in Ukraine and Moldova. As a key member of our De'Longhi CEE Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing BTL and in-store communication planning, design, and execution across customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement in-store presence strategies to enhance the visibility of our brands
- Design and execute new product launches in-store, including point-of-sale materials and furniture
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to develop and update Category Management Zones across customers, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and customer requirements
- Support Promoters/Trainers with demonstration materials and sales teams with maintaining in-store materials and furniture
- Plan and execute special brand zones outside stores and during events
- Manage in-store communication budget and recommend spending priorities
- Track and manage workflow for in-store materials and expenses
- Maintain inventory of projects, materials, and furniture in stores and warehouses
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in in-store marketing and BTL communication
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
