Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide first-class technical support to our Account Management and Customer Success teams. This is an entry-level position for someone with technical skills to support our client-facing teams and the ability to write clear and concise articles about features of our tool for our online Learning & Support center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teams with basic HTML/CSS issues in Guest Satisfaction Surveys and invitation emails
  • Assist customers on usage and best practices with their integrations towards our API
  • Write technical documentation on API, integrations, and new features of our tool for end-users
  • Assist the Director of Technical Integrations with integrations, like creating onboarding processes, documentation, and follow-up
  • Execute and assist in implementation of key technical projects

Qualifications:

  • Basic skills in HTML/CSS (but no programming skills needed)
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand the needs of fellow team members and customers when they ask for help
  • High level of organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure and manage client expectations
  • Innovative problem-solving methods to help our customers grow their business and make integrations work as smooth and secure as possible
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to document processes or features for fellow team members and customers for our online Learning & Support center
  • Proactivity and the ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are beneficial
