About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding and Training: Set up clients on our analytics and insights services, and conduct tactical client training for Guided Analytics and NielsenIQ tools such as Connect Express and Discover.
  2. Category Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of client industries, categories, and key market trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  3. Insight Delivery: Create and present analyses based on rigorous data analysis, leveraging multiple data sources, sound business understanding, and commercial awareness.
  4. Workload Management and Prioritization: Manage workload independently, prioritize client commitments alongside internal commitments, and maintain clear communication pathways with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Engaging Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  2. Strong Analytical Skills: Confident numerically, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
  3. Time Management and Prioritization: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and trends, with the ability to leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Language Skills: Native in Spanish and good level of English.
