About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business priorities and identify opportunities to support their goals.
  • Delivering Insight: Become a category expert and engage with clients to understand their industry, categories, and key market trends.
  • Workload Management and Prioritization: Manage workload independently and effectively prioritize client commitments alongside internal commitments.
Requirements
  • Engaging Presenter: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent Time Management: Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • Confident Numerically: Be confident in analyzing data and making recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
  • Problem Solving: Possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically.
  • Good at Building Relationships: Be able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
