We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a Senior Customer Success Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding Client Needs: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' business priorities and identify opportunities to support their goals.
  • Delivering Insight: Become a category expert and engage with clients to understand their industry, categories, and key market trends. Provide recommendations based on rigorous analysis and leverage multiple data sources.
  • Workload Management and Prioritization: Manage workload independently and effectively prioritize client commitments alongside internal commitments.
Requirements
  • Engaging Presenter: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Have the ability to analyze data confidently and make recommendations based on sound business understanding and commercial awareness.
  • Problem-Solving and Solutions-Oriented: Be able to identify and solve complex problems and provide solutions that meet client needs.
  • Native Language: Be fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English.
