About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Senior Consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Onboarding: Set up clients on our analytics and insights services, providing tactical training on Guided Analytics and NielsenIQ tools.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities through day-to-day engagements and hand off to Account Development to pursue.
  • Client Needs Understanding: Develop a strong working knowledge of client business priorities and the role we can play in supporting these goals.
  • Delivering Insights: Become a category expert, engage with clients, and deliver recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
Requirements
  • Consumer Panel Data Experience: Essential knowledge and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS).
  • Engaging Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to easily communicate in Spanish and English.
  • Time Management: Proven track record of delivering projects on time, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data confidently and perform work accurately and effectively.
