Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at TravelPerk. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for owning a portfolio of long tail customers within our DACH market and developing a high level of customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of long tail customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to understand their business goals, challenges, and pain points, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business success.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure TravelPerk remains a leader in the market.

Requirements

  • Native or advanced level of German and fluent English.
  • Interest in the travel industry and/or SaaS products.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for working with people.
  • Solid analytical abilities with basic/intermediate proficiency in Excel.
  • Motivation and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
