Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our back-office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients as a problem-solver and provide support to resolve issues.
  • Ensure swift and efficient resolution of problems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to handle complex contract-related issues.
  • Liaise with partners to provide direction for issue resolution and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate directly with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements

  • A native level of German and a good level of English or Spanish.
  • Previous experience in administrative or back-office work.
  • Ability to work coordinated, organized, and autonomously.
  • Energetic and innovative, with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
  • Willingness to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.
  • A valid Spanish work permit.
